Gateway Arch Landscape Redevelopment

A multi-million dollar investment to reinvent the landscape of the Gateway Arch.

Bohn's Farm and Greenhouses, represented by National Nursery Products - St. Louis, is proud to have been selected to participate as a custom producer of perennials for the Gateway Arch landscape redevelopment project in St. Louis.  Among a variety perennials, the project includes the significant use of the ornamental grass Leymus arenarius `Blue Dune' (blue lyme grass) along the slopes leading down to the Mississippi riverfront - a total of 44,000 6"(#1) units! Due to the unusual significant quantity of plants required, advanced planning by Bohn's Farm pursued custom propagation with an ornamental grass specialist located in North Carolina.  Landesign, of Moscow Mills, MO, is the project's landscape contractor.
